1) Objective -
a) Subsidy to poor houseless scheduled caste/Other Economically Backward class people to construct house Bharath Ratna Rajiv Gandhi Housing Scheme for the grant of subsidy for construction of house to the homeless SC/OEBC people.
2) Eligibility -
a) A Scheduled Caste person who is not possessing a house but having a house site of an area of 450 sq.ft to build the house and his annual income does not exceed Rs.2,00,000/-.
b) An OEBC person who is not possessing a house but having house site granted by Adi Dravidar Welfare Department and the Annual income does not exceed Rs.24,000/
3) Feature -
A) The subsidy amount of Rs.4,00,000/- is granted in 3 Instalments as follows: -
1) 1st instalment of Rs.1,50,000/- on possession of vacant house site.
2) 2nd Instalment of Rs.1,50,000/-
3) 3rd instalment of Rs.1,00,000/- in first two instalment Rs.1,00,000/- building materials will be provided.
4) Document -
a) Proof of identity
b) Caste/Income/Residence-cum-nativity certificate issued by the competent authority.
